Room was large for europe with a nice bathroom and very clean. Great recommendation from the staff for dinner (Timeout cafe). Super nice and close to linate airport. Under $20 Euros for cab.

The directions to reach the hotel by public transport from Milan Cordorna station were very brief and inadequate to locate the stop for the tram recommended.

Basically everything. The staff was very helpfull, could speak English, the breakfast was more than adequate, parking was always available in the street, it is a well run establishment.

The tv, like most hotels in Italy, runs only one English channel (espn). I am now sick of baseball and basketball.
